Registration for 2024-2025 now open !

• Registration for Conquest Milton is now done online using the link https://forms.gle/6EFMCNgCjSEtJKTd9 

• On completion, a PDF file will be generated and sent to you for your records.

• The fee is $240.00 per child. Fee payment structure on the Registration site offers more details including discounts when registering more than one child.

• Payment of fees is preferred by E-Transfer to meetchefjoseph@gmail.com

• If payments are made by Cheques - should be made payable to “Conquest Milton” 

• You can have your son check out a regular Friday meeting FREE and send in the application form and we will get back to you when a spot is available.
